In the case of apartment reservation, our dear Guests accept the regulations of the hotel written below. If booking via telephone, the regulations are accepted after arrival.

1 Apartment reservation
The apartment reservation is done in writing or on telephone through one of the contact possibilities on the website.
We keep  the reserved apartment for our Guests until 6 p.m.  on the day of the arrival. It is possible  to arrive later, of course, but in that case, we ask you to notify us in advance, otherwise the reservation will be cancelled in our system after 6 p.m.

2. Check-in – Check-out
Check-in: from 2 p.m.  (in case of arriving earlier, please, notify us in advance, and our colleagues will prepare the reserved room in time so that you can move in).
Check-out: until 10 a.m.  After leaving, we check  the apartments.
In the case of missing items, damage, or harms observed following the check-out, the guest has  the whole financial responsibility.
The case of delayed check-out: until 6 p.m.  50% of the current daily apartment price, after 6 p.m. 100% of the current daily apartment price is to be paid.

3. Paying and cancelling conditions
In the case of reservation, we ask our dear guests to pay 50% of the total rate in advance or bank card warranty.
The data of the card (owner of the card, its number, its validity) are  needed for the reservation warranty.
The remaining rate of the reservation can be paid on arrival or at leaving.  Bank card debit is possible only with the prior written consent of the card owner .
Cancelling conditions: in the case of individual reservations, the ordered service may be cancelled free of charge two days before the arrival.
In special seasons or as to individual packages, the cancelling conditions may differ from the above.

4. Cancelling fee:

In the event of cancellation  within two days before the arrival, or if the guest does not arrive (“no show”), the orderer is obliged to pay the total rate of the ordered services as a cancelling fee.
In the case of a deposit, it is paid only if it has appeared on our bank account.

5. Pets
No pets are allowed in the apartments.

6. Behavior in the apartment hotel
We kindly ask you to respect other guests and do not disturb them with noise. (Pay attention to each other’s rest especially after 10 p.m.)                           
Taking away the apartment’s equipments from their place is strictly forbidden.
The appliances of the apartment are to be used properly.
Compliance with the fire and accident prevention is obligatory for every guest.
If there is damage, the person causing  it or his/her legal representative is obliged to cover the cost of it .
The apartments are non-smoking, so we request our guests to use the designated smoking areas available at the entrance and on the balconies of the apartments.                                                    
We ask our dear guests not to take away the towels from the rooms.

7. Security
In the area of the apartment, several  security cameras are installed.
We do not take responsibility for any valuables left in the apartment. Whenever the apartment is left, the door must ALWAYS be locked.
We ask our guests to notify us immediately on  observing any type of problems in the apartment.

8. Parking
The apartment has a closed parking area.
We request our guests to park within the designated lines so that proper parking could be provided for every guest.
Every apartment has 1 gate remote control, which is to be handed in at check-out.
